SKAKO A/S sells all of its remaining operating activities to FCDE
SKAKO A/S ("SKAKO") has, through its wholly-owned subsidiary, SKAKO Vibration Holding A/S, signed an agreement to sell all of its remaining operating activities to Vibe Holding, controlled by the French-based private equity fund FCDE Independent Fund II.
The transaction, structured as a sale of the entire share capital in SKAKO's indirect subsidiary, SKAKO Vibration A/S (including all its direct and indirect subsidiaries), is valued at a total cash purchase price of EUR 37.5 million and comprises all of SKAKO's remaining operating activities following the sale of its Concrete business in 2023, in which Plesner advised SKAKO.
Subject to approval of the transaction by SKAKO's shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting, completion is expected to take place during the fourth quarter of 2025.
SKAKO A/S, listed on Nasdaq Copenhagen, is a Danish industrial company that designs, develops and supplies vibratory equipment and solutions used in the recycling, minerals and fasteners industries, serving customers globally from its offices in Faaborg, Strasbourg and San Sebastian.
