Promon acquires Codesealer

Promon, a global leader in mobile application protection, backed by the Danish private equity fund, Gro Capital, has acquired DK-based Codesealer and its technology, specialized in securing web and API channels against client-side attacks, tampering, and reverse engineering.

The acquisition extends Promon's offering of protection from mobile and desktop applications to now also including web applications and the APIs behind them.

Plesner has acted as legal counsel to Promon and Gro Capital on the acquisition of Codesealer.

DK-based Codesealer offers securing of web and API channels against client-side attacks, tampering, and reverse engineering without code changes and user friction.
