Rasmus Møller Erlandsen
Rasmus specialises in data protection, AI and information security. He is one of the few Danish practitioners to combine in-depth regulatory experience with expertise in NIS2, CER and the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA).
Rasmus began his career at the Danish Data Protection Agency, where, among other things, he wrote the Agency's guidelines on fines and was the case handler responsible for the Agency’s first preliminary reports on fines - the first cases of their kind under the GDPR in Denmark. In his final role, he was team leader for the Agency’s security unit, overseeing inspections and regulatory proceedings.
After the Agency, Rasmus joined the Technology & Security division at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) as a senior associate and implementation specialist on data protection and information security projects.
Rasmus has carried out multiple compliance projects, including mapping of processing activities, gap analyses, implementation of procedures and policies, and preparation of data transfer agreements, risk assessments and DPIAs - especially in the context of AI use.
He draws on his hands-on experience designing and implementing compliance frameworks in large companies and public authorities when advising clients.
